At BARIEN, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Due to the nature of fragrances and personal care products, we do not accept returns of opened or used products.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@barien.in with your order details and unedited unboxing video.

Upon verification, we will provide a replacement or process a refund as applicable.

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
